Facilities for exhibitions and various training courses (e.g. music camps) of light music and art, with an adjoining café and open-by-order restaurant. The facilities of the Art House cultural centre are located on Manamansalo Island.

Located in the middle of Lake Oulujärvi, on Manamansalo Island well-known for its unique natural beauty, is the Kassu Halonen Taidetalo, the Art House bearing the name of the composer of light music. The activities taking place at the Art House are quite diverse: in addition to being a fascinating travel destination, annually changing art exhibitions, training courses, music camps led by high-level professionals are organised.

A traditional grand concert, en event for the entire family, takes place around the 20th July every year. At the Gold Record Hall visitors can familiarize themselves with the life and work of the composer: diplomas, gold and platinum records and musical instruments are on display. You can have your coffee and fresh pastry at the café in the complex, or enjoy the delicacies, occasionally composed by Kassu himself, at the open-by-order restaurant.
